    Terms & Conditions

    QUOTATIONS:

    Quotations are valid 7 days from the date of the sent quotation and are subject to change thereafter.

    All quotes issued by the Branding Stuff Pty Ltd will be subject to these standard terms and conditions, including the requirement to pay a deposit

    Variations of quotes. Product details will be displayed on your quotation. A signed or electronic acceptance of the quotation is based on the understanding that changes to quantities, specifications, and/or artworks will incur additional costs.

    ARTWORK:

    Print readiness. No charges are incurred if artwork files are supplied in acceptable print ready format. Please refer to artwork specs to ensure your file format is correct.

    It is the responsibility of the client to obtain all necessary rights and licences required to reproduce logos or artwork not created by Branding Stuff Pty Ltd.

    Loss of artwork. All artwork supplied to us must be a copy of your original. We accept no responsibility for the loss or damage of original artwork files provided to us.

    When proofing colours electronically onscreen should not be considered 100% accurate representation of the final printed product. Colour references are to be provided with the design brief. It is also the responsibility of the client to double check that all information and details displayed in the artwork are correct to avoid the cost of reprinting.

    Artwork variations. Acceptance of the quotation is based on the understanding that variations to the finalised artwork proof will incur additional costs. These costs will be based upon quantity and complexity of the changes.

    Copyright. Any proof provided to a client remains the property of Branding Stuff Pty Ltd. Digital or physical reproduction of said artwork without written permission (for purposes other than proofing) is not permitted and is an infringement of copyright law. All original artwork, designs and layouts are owned by Branding Stuff Pty Ltd.

    PRODUCTION AND INSTALLATION:

    Production time and installation is subject to job scope, individual job requirements, payment of job deposit or payment in full, an estimated completion date or installation date will be advised which is subject to change based on client delays, material availability, working schedule and artwork changes.

    Installation timeframes may vary depending on Branding Stuff Pty Ltd current client commitments, Branding Stuff Pty Ltd will endeavour to accommodate all clients where available although no guarantees are given.

     PAYMENT TERMS:

    The Following payment options are available:

    • Cash
    • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) (Preferred method)

    Our preferred method of payment is by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

    Our bank details are shown on your invoice.

    50% deposit is required on placement of orders, Orders valued less than $5000 will require full payment on placement of order.

    At Branding Stuff Pty Ltd discretion due to poor payment history or special orders may be used and we may request full payment from a client for an order placed.

    Purchases with a PO# still require payment on completion and unless prior consent clients engaging with us understand our terms of payment. PO# is considered authorisation to engage us in the work required.

    Branding Stuff Pty Ltd does not extend a line of credit unless express consent has been given by the proprietor.

    Any outstanding invoices that have not been paid with seven days of work completion we (Branding Stuff Pty Ltd) reserves the right to charge on a weekly basis 5% of the total amount owed to Branding Stuff Pty Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing. Interest will accrue on all amounts outstanding.

    We reserve the right to amend our payment terms and Branding Stuff Pty Ltd may request on completion of work that invoices be paid in full.
